Would anyone be interested in maybe having a forum geared towards web server security issues. I.e., software, configurations, programming, etc. Protection from inside and outside attacks? This could be a very wide ranged topic and people could discuss the newest patches for programs and exploits, configurations and policies. Help people with writing more secure programs or the most secure ways to set them up and much more. I'd like to suggest this to the WHT staff as something I think would be a good idea and helpful to many people. So, what do people say and what does WHT think about this?

Sounds good to me, I know for one that I am someone that could do with knowing a bit more about security - I'm not the kind that sends the RP over telnet or anything so don't get me wrong, but knowing how to make a server secure would be pretty handy as at the moment it is left to someone else.

Tim, I can move this into the Admin Forum for consideration if you'd like? I am but one Chicken... :)

Sounds fine to me too, though we could use a couple of new forums...
