Just a quick note, there's a huge difference between becoming a REGISTRAR and becoming a REGISTRATION SERVICE PROVIDER (also known as domain reseller).

From what I can see, you are a RSP but NOT a registrar. At least I couldn't find your website in ICANN's accredited registrars listings.

It's not a bad thing to be a reseller, but it's wrong to mislead your customers pretending to be a registrar.
