I'm sure alot of you are too.... I'm pretty darn sure I'm addicted. It doesn't get in the way of everyday activities or anything but, I spend a great deal of time on the web at night, as you can tell by the time of my post (1:50am CST)...

Everyone once and a while I stumble on something great, one of those hidden gems that my jaw drops at while reading.

This is one of them....

Beer Butt Chicken (http://www.outofthefryingpan.com/recipes/chicken.beer.butt.shtml) -- Don't worry, nothing bad. It's a recipe.

I will report to you how it turns out, this is going to be attempted next weekend :D....

It's perfect, I love beer, I love chicken... Beer + Chicken should equal great...

Despite the name, it doesn't sound half bad. I could've done without the image, though. There's something about a beer can up..well...anything that just doesn't feed my hunger! :D

Hey Studio :)
Ok, just so Chicken doesn't give me another "no bumping posts" and show me his beer butt (:D) here it goes:

I love the net too. I even bought the Siemens SX45 so I can be online via GPRS :)

This is a great recipe. Cooks perfect on the grill
Kinda fun to add your own varieties on the spices too.
Chicken is veryyyyy juicy:D

You don't have to just use beer for the recipe...

You can use soda (or pop - however you call it ;) or put juice in it -- apple, orange, pineapple, etc.

I've known about this for a while now -- I've done it before -- makes very good chicken -- or turkey.

Good for the grill as Martie said, but you can also use it in the oven as well.
