and another free live support program.

I don't think you will find a free solution.

If price is an issue for buying a billing/support desk software, then maybe you should consider doing webhosting when you are able to invest properly?

If not, then go for a paid solution.

Is there a reason why you want the support desk software, billing system and now live chat software to be free?

i recommend renting/leasing a licence from a reseller...

pay the whmcs fees. you wont regret it. If you cant afford that investment, you wont be able to keep a business going.

Also, simply helpdesk (tickets,answers,depertments) isn't hard to develope by yourself. Database with few tables + piece of php code.
