My Plesk panel came with dedicated, i didn't setup and ftp server doesn't exist. How should i setup the ftp server ? I didn't use plesk before and that control panel
is strange to me. If you can give me a guide or something like that i'd be greateful.

Actually, ftp server goes with Plesk CP for both Plesk for Linux and Plesk for Windows versions. Which one you have? FTP server installed as a component and can be checked through Components section in Plesk admin CP.
All FTP accounts can be managed through Plesk CP into Domains -> domain_name -> Setup section. What else do you want to know?:)

Might be useful to specify the Plesk version and where your servers from so other guys know a bit more :)
