Hi,
We offer support by email, however we get so much spam now that we really need to use an online helpdesk system, where the customer enters their question on a web page form, not via email.

Can anyone recommend such a system which is cheap and will run on windows/sqlserver/Access.

Many Thanks
Simon

I looked myself for a very longtime for a Windows based solution on SQL Server. However, none were found and we didn’t feel like writing our own custom solution. The absolute best solution that I use, recommend and find most of my technology partners are using is "eSupport" by Kayako Infotech Ltd.

It is developed for PHP and MySQL, but is just a wonderful solution. We came off of SupportForce to eSupport and all of our support staff are much happier!

I like it so much we now resale their software and host it for several of our customers. Contact me directly if you like more information, however I suggest you check out their website to learn more.

I know of several that are more geared towards say, MySQL, however, if you haven't already.. I'd recommend checking out HotScripts.com or php.resourceindex.com and adjusting the filter to find scripts that match your needs.

Good luck! :)
