We need a web site designed, the problem is that we have been messed around by a few designers, some just can't seem to be bothered to finish the site, some we just lose contact with.
The last one promised fast email returns, well if you call waiting 4 days for an email fast don't bother replying. Also we requested from our last posting a UK designer that we can just transfer money from one UK bank to another UK bank. He got half the site done, then requested money, he then gave us a foreign account number, this we do not want as it costs to transfer this money.
He has seemed to have disappeared now as we requested an invoice with his address.

Right, if you have read the above and are happy, as we are very easy to deal with, maybe that’s why we have been messed around, but anyway, One design is needed, maybe just a template, but this must have flash at the top, a nice looking professional corporate look to it.

Please either post your offers below or email cs@energy4.com with a portfolio. We must see previous work to be accepted. Also put down what price you could do this for, Alternatively, we can offer a hosting account with a large amount of space and bandwidth.

But if this works out, we have 2 more sites to be designed, plus more upcoming in the future months that you would be responsible for.
Also, we may use you as our designer for all clients.

i am very interested. i was planning on doing a flash design this weekend but never got into doing it. i will be working on it next weekend. i will probably chage $200 for it cause its gonna be really good and profesional looking.

i dont think he is looking to pay $200. he is looking for a little cheaper. now keep in mind thats for 1 if he likes it he is gonna use it for up coming other sites with means more $ and for clients which means even more $ so u win this you will be getting hosting and the rest fo it free which is well worth it then ur gonna be getting clients coem on think u give hima good deal he give u a deal!

You can use PayPal with other forms of payment other than credit cards. You can use checks as well.

If you can get a paypal account, I'm in the u.s.a. and I'd be willing to do the template for you at 100 pounds. If needed you can send me cash in pounds and I can convert it at a currency exchange. I am willing to do the template for the main page, a blank page for all the sections of the website, and flash at the top. For 20 pounds more I will create a logo for you with 3 different designs after you pick the one you like I will make 2 revisions to that one logo. After the project is done I will require the funds before the transfer of files either electronically or through the mail. I will include the psd file, fonts used, image slices and html generated by imageready. Attached is my offer of a design.
