Maybe you shouldn't just concentrate on the price. There are many companies out there, it also depends where you are located. Sometimes it's an advantage to deal with a company close to you.

ResellerClub would be an option, Enom with enough deposit. You could become a subreseller of a reseller of those two without the high deposit.
If you are based in Australia or don't care to deal with a company from there check out DistributeIT.
There are also some companies selling below cost like domain central or estdomains (both orderbox systems).

The xeodomains site is working when I checked, what exactly is the problem?
