I have a dedicated host with nocster.com. It's been down for about three hours now.

Since I'm new to dedicated hosting, and this is my first site down-time, I have no idea what to do. I opened a support request for them to look into it.

Should I call them and ask for a reboot? Or just wait for them to check up on it?

nocster (burst) is just down and there is not much you can do about it just wait it out this ussually happens twice a month

LOL twice a month, that sounds really bad

For future use, you might want to get a list of other people who use the same datacenter and if it goes down, check those to see if they are also down, so you can see if you really do need a restart, might save some time.

Past 33 days I've had 30 minutes of downtime and it was all at once... Do you host at Burst/Nocster?
