this is why my questions:

1 - will u be ready to give me a customized plan for $15/month - say 6 gb space, 25 gb bw, including all the bonuses: phpmanager, perldesk etc.

2 - and will phpmanager and perldesk will come installed and ready to use?

3 - will i be able to use phpmanager and perldesk also for my other reseller account, mentioned above? in fact, i want to buy this plan, mainly for these bonuses.

No, You have to request phpManager and PerlDesk is done though cPanel.

phpManager no you can't use it for other accounts only on our server once you attempt to move it the phpManager licensing system simply won't allow it. PerlDesk is allowed on as many accounts as you want and is installable via cPanel.

The order didn't come though as you didn't enter your cc information and put 0000-0000- I assume and choose Credit Card. The order didn't come though as it tries to authorize the card first with another processor. Please resubmit the order . Also check your PM.

which page?

You need your theme changed from the default skin so you can see the Auto Installer link as the default theme does not support it.

Email me at james@earhost.com and I will show you the themes.

BEFORE you order, you need to take into consideration the fact that his last effort at a hosting company went under in less than 2 months.
