Yes it does, but I don't think ensim does automated billing, etc.

how much does Ensim Charge for this? Can it support multi servers?

I refuse to pay monthly for software, this is where businesses get screwed, they commit to too many monthly contracts. Let me buy it and go away until it's time to upgrade, then I might or I might not, decide to upgrade.
