Jose is the father of Juan.
What is the relationship of Jose and the father of Juan?
Problem No. 2

A driver accidentally hit a boy in a car accident. The driver shouted, "Oh no!, my son!".
The son, replied back hurtily, "Yes, I am your son, but you are not my father."
What is the relationship of the boy with the driver?

I heard a slightly different version:
A father and son are involved in a car accident. The father dies at the scene, the son is rushed to hospital. The surgeon looks down at the boy on the operating table and says "I can't operate on this boy, he is my son". How is this possible? (Same answer)

Jose is the father of Juan as stated, or in other words since Jose is the father of Juan and Juan is the sone of Jose then the relationship of Jose and the father of Juan is that they are in fact the same person...
That is Jose and the Father of Juan are the same person. Therefor DoobyWho is correct...
