i been looking for a cheap and good host for months. i thought i found the best host. So i sign up with them one day ago. I loged in with ftp last night(in a hurry cuz i had to paint my new house). yes i was loged in pretty fast. I thought my dream came true. but this morining when i tried loging in. Heres a log i get in ws_ftp

There are some possibilities...

- If you have just registered your domain yesterday with them, it may take sometime from 24 to 48 hours for your domain to be propagated. It's normal.

Even if you are transferring your host, and you have changed your DNS's it takes also sometime between 12-24 hours. That should be the main reason why you are getting " 504 Gateway Time-out"


However, if they did not provide you with dedicated IP address also you should be able to log into your account via shared IP.

Host: 64.xxx.xx.xxx [ their IP ]
Login: username@domain.com
password: pass***

Try this and if didn't work, there are possibilities for their server to be down.
