Hi,
I have WHMCS setup to automatically setup hosting accounts in WHM. I would like SohoLaunch installed on their accounts automatically without me (or them) having to do anything. (I'm not going to give them cPanel or FTP access)
I know I can put the program files in the skeleton directory but that won't setup the database or the unique settings in their config file.
Is there a script or something I can run? If it is highly complicated I'm willing to pay.
Thanks,
Bendex.

whmcs has the ability to execute scripts at checkout. So write a script that takes your user's username as an argument and creates their database and configuration file. Couple that with the skeleton directory, and you will have an automated solution.

Hi,
I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to scripting. Can you give me an example of what this script might look like?
Thanks,
Bendex.

WebScHoLaR, can you PM sample scripts to me too. By the way, do you provide such service on the sideline to automate order/creation using WHMCS?
