I would *guess* you're taking the wrong option somewhere, we get domains pushed to our GD account regluarly and the "sender"
has never needed any of the information you're asking for :D
Dougy 01-17-2008, 06:06 PM Not happy, OP!
http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showpost.php?p=4909451&postcount=4
Why did it get given away and not to me, yet I claimed?

I login to godaddy, then on top, domains=> MY domains
select the domain or domains and then on top click on "Account Change"
It takes me to a window with the fields for name, last name, phone, etc.
is there another way to do this?

Because someone PM with the request and with the correct information before you PM me.
Dougy 01-17-2008, 06:47 PM Then, in the future, I ask you to please update the thread immediately.

Ah, they've "improved" it :(
Aparantly on 28/December they merged the Registrant change and Account change functions in the thing sthey call an interface.
The new registrant does not need a current account with GoDaddy.com, Inc. in order to start this process but will need one in order to accept the domain names and finalize the process.
So when the incoming new registrant accepts the domain they have the option to add it to their existing account or create one, rather than previously where the "sender" could put the account name in first.
Eric_906 01-21-2008, 03:03 AM are any of these domains still up for grabs?
