Does anyone know of a good game server control panel that works for Linux? I'm looking for one that is very customizable, as I would like to implement my own theme and such.

You can check it, besides they have 31 days free period for usage. It crashes servers, and just sometimes stops working, I tried GameCP and it didn't work very well after about 20 days of being on my server. I do not recommend GameCP. TS has it's own built in webpanel which allows you as the admin to setup new servers, as well as allowing the client to control pretty much any aspect of the TS server they would need to.
