Thats the joys of running your own web host. There are no real ways in selling it, seeing as many companies use different techniques and target markets to sell their products. Pick one specific resource you are most experienced in webhosting, and try and use that as your niche.

I'm trying to find out the same thing. Having a site is one thing but marketing it truly is another.
