Looking for a VOIP Provider that works with kall8's PBX system (so I am able to transfer live calls etc..). Looking for a # in Canada and in USA.

you cant do that AFAIK. Kall8 is the VOIP provider and they dont offer true PBX's. They are just auto attendents, etc to work with your Kal8 services.

Kall8 provides VOIP origination and termination via SIP and IAX:

I recommend you contact Kall8, tell them exactly what you want to do, and they can get you setup or at least recommend a solution.
