Is this startup / new business or for how long have you been in business ?

There are several options, but depends on your business case which payment solution will be the best.

The business has 4 Years, I was thinking in Worldpay.

May be you can try 2Checkout.com (http://www.2checkout.com) or Chronopay (http://www.chronopay.com). Both work with European companies.

I'll feel sincerely sorry for your customers then.
MB is all but a releasable/usable product and MG is all but trustable/honnest company.

And if you still have doubt, search for complaints about v5 here and you'll see what I mean.

As an example, read this thread (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=645775&page=6&highlight=modernbill).

I would recommend Plimus as a payment gateway. Especially if you don't have a merchant account. They offer subscription-based periods and a lot of payment options.

I'm dealing with a lot of hosting providers, and really hate their payment systems :) Especially those once built on ModernBill + paypal. Paypal is hard to pay by international customers.

i have been using paypal, nice API and easy to reach an actual person. Downside is that it's $30 a month. I do want to try Modernbill tho...

personally, i think google checkout rocks, great rates and google wont try to steal your money like paypal does. and its convenient for customers as most people have a google account these days

have you accepted large amounts of cash from them?

Ive had a huge problem with paypal lately on alrge amounts of cash, they just put it on hold and investigate it for no reaosn what so ever and make the person send in photo id all this, after the have already verifed their account. they say its all automated. But its put me in a very bad spot lately.

I understand chargebacks from fraud or credit cards charging back being out of their control but when they up and do it theirselfs for no reason at all it becomes a problem and time to find a new gateway.

At the moment Im willing to try anything else but it just seems to me google would be about the same with automated junk and chargebacks
