We have been looking to purchase a different live chat program right now (using LivePerson right now), but we are looking for software that has an interface for mobile/Blackberry. We have looked around quite a bit, but haven't found any companies offering it, so it might not be an option.

But, I thought it was worth a shot to see if anyone else is aware of a live chat program that offers this.

We're using Kayako and, while I haven't bought it, I've noticed that they do have an application for windows mobile and (I think) Android. No blackberry support though, which is also the reason I haven't looked further into it.

They only have a mobile version for the iphone but it is feature rich and probably the best you will find.
