Hello,
We are looking for an SMS gateway that allows these..
- reselling of credits (not a must)
- allowing using APIs and putting the thing on our own website to allow visitors to send SMS
- cheap prices (the cheapest I've found is 0,10 usd) can anyone beat this?
- and some other requests that we need to contact them directly and ask..
All helps appreciated.

clickatel is one of the bigger players. there are a number of others as well.

+1 for clickatell, I had used them in past for a project and I had been very satisfied. Very good API support & quick SMS delivery.

Another +1 for clickatell. I set up my contact form with it and I receive SMS messages before the emails :)

clic a tel u can use it. But there is no guarenty of send all sms. I have good exp with them. if i send 10000 sms more than 10% is failure. But credit is deducting. So better try to do from your country Telcom companies. All SMS gateway providers is like this.

I use clickatel but they have recently restricted, I believe, the sender ID so you must register each ID with them to stop spoofing
