Rackshack is offering 150GB/month while 4WebSpace offers 100G.

RS offers online techsupport as well as 800 contact. I talked to them online and get information instantly while 4WebSpace lacks such support.

Will 4WebSpace stay in business for long? RackShack seems to have good support. Tell me your thoughts.

you can call 4webspace.com by going to the tera-byte.com site and seeing the contact details. You should goto the http://www.4webspace.com/forum and see a post made by steve about people saying 4webspace should do this or were off to rachshack its a very valid point and i know who im sticking with 4webspace beyond doubt the best.

well we do actually have online tech support, a 1 800 number, email and you can come by the office for help if you so desire. im not about to bash rackshack on their offer it seems like one hell of a good deal, but if you want to ask if we are going to be in business the answer is yes. there are millions of people yet to have their own dedicated servers that need one, rackshack will host some and so will 4webspace and so with those guys that sell the exact same thing for 600 bucks a month. WebKing, just so you know based on the counters on their page saying how many raq's they have left im still outselling them two to one :P
