Greetings,

HATE moving!! Nonetheless, after having a home for 9 months gotta move on as not satisfied - wanted to get some more feedback on the three I'm considering [also open to other recommendations]:

Spunky - www.spunkyhosting.com (http://www.spunkyhosting.com)
Inno - www.innohosting.com
BlueWaveHosted - www.bluewavehosted.com (http://www.bluewavehosted.com)

I am looking at the reseller accounts, not because I will be reselling but we need to host multiple domains for our organization - I'm looking at their resellers at 15 - 20 gigs; all are reasonably priced so there isn't an issue of $ here.

Currently with HostNine and don't have any interest in bad mouthing them for I've found them very good for many months, just lately I've been concerned about uptime, site slowness and email performance - it could very well be a temporary issue because they are upgrading so this is not a nasty comment session - would like to make that clear, just feel that for me it's time.

If I didn't HATE MOVING so much I would have probably moved on this sooner. Would really like some feedback from anyone used the above - hope to finally find a place to hang my hat for years - oh, did I mention that I hate to move??

Thanks for any feedback
Ron

Hi Ron,

I am an established reseller and have been using Innohosting as my provider (i am openly honest about my provider as i feel it actually aids in my marketing strategy) since July 2007.

Since the moment i signed up with them, i have been extremely impressed. They have superb reliability and uptime, with it being only just under, if not 100% uptime every single month (although if it does reduce they offer an uptime guarentee - not that its ever used!)

Their support is fantastic - i mentioned in another thread the other day, no matter what time of day or nght it is, someone is always there, by phone, MSN Messenger or ticket, they are always quick to reply and seriously fast at resolving issues. Hats off to chris and rameen there as they've both assisted me with certain things sometimes which even i would class as being beyond my expectations of technical support. Examples of these were cron job setting up with my free billing system, and also the billing system itself.

I am on their 15GB/250GB reseller package and i can assure you its worth every single one of your pennies. Highly recommended.

All the best in your decision making :)

Mike

i'm in a similar position with inno, just minus a few months. i'd echo everything ron said.

i have a account with Prontohost.net and Scalahosting.com The support has been very good and both servers are very fast and cost is also reasonable

Best in finding a new host:cool:

Thanks johannes - I'll have a look see at Scala, haven't checked them. About the thread that you reference, I must say that Raheem's [think that was the name] responses were very articulate and non-emotional - very well handled - not sure about the argument, sounded a bit like something that I'd do and not fess up to having done ... anyway, I digress!

Appreciate you taking the time to respond
Ron

Thank you Ron :)

Sorry to have butchered your name - been reading till I was blurry eyed! I am a big believer in judging a person not only by the way they express themselves but the more importantly the way in which they conduct themselves [something I am guilty of most of the time!]. Since being disappointed again, I'm stuck in looking for a place to move to and have been forced [once again!] to research this, I've found your correspondence to be plentiful and consistent.

I pretty much have narrowed down my decision to moving over to you guys actually but I'm just putting off the hassle of doing it because (hate to be repetitious) I hate to move!! It's been so disappointing - is it too much to have the expectation that one finds a place to stay with for a few years? I don't run all the many reports and come up with all kinds of stats as to minute stuff; simply put, if the sites are up and running you don't hear from me - I don't require to socialize with my host - the best relationship is a "How ya doin'?" every few months in my opinion. I really hope to get it right this time because I hate to move. LOL

That's great to hea - We look forward to having you on board! :agree:
