I don't think any spam is good. A lot of ICQ users are webmasters, however, 99.9% of them know what spam is!

Not a good idea. Just my .02 cents. The only thing worse than regular SPAM is ICQ spam. Get labeled a spammer and people remember you for the wrong reasons!

Aside the spam is illegal, just wanted to advise you don't give your money to these people, they are kinda rip-off**

Trust me.. They did spam on yourself. How they gonna guarantee you that your message has been sent to all the 3 Million people ?

Think twice.

SCAM... stay away.

Don't even think about it.

What's there to think about? You'll either:

A: Get ripped off.

or

B: Become a very hated individual if you even think about spamming like that.

It's a lose - lose situation, just click delete when you see messages like that, especially in ICQ.

I get so much spam on my ICQ account I just configured it to ignore everyone not on my contact list. There's really no gurantee all three million ICQ users it's sent to will read it, even if it is sent to them. As a side effect, I can only talk to people on my ICQ list instead of to any new people.

Just don't add to the problem. :(

Any user slightly familiar with ICQ will have their options setup so they don't receive this incoming crap...

...except for the hack where the spam is sent as a system information message :confused:

If you were gonna spam ICQ users you can get programs for free off the net rather than pay someone. Probably not a good idea though.
