vBulletin's usually pretty prompt, once we submit the information.

This is the first time I've sold a vBulletin license and I want to make sure I do everything correctly.

What information does the buyer need, besides the license number, so that he receives everything he/she needs to properly get things going on their end?

I believe that you need to formally transfer it to me by sending a transfer request to sales@vbulletin.com. If vb request certain info, then please let me know so that I can give it to you.
