I have a small site at OLM and have been satisfied yet they cap my POP accounts at 5 megs so I need to move. I am happy with the response time and speed at OLM and am looking at something comparable but allowing large attachments to mail. I also require prompt and competent support, (waiting days for response is not an option). I was looking at Jumpline and Eclipsehosting but I guess they are running on the same network. Does anyone have experience with either/both of these companies? Does anyone have recommendations, something around 200-300 MB space, 5-15GB traffic, bells and whistles, $20-$30 per month (willing to pay annually if they offer 30 day money back). A big concern is customer satisfaction, prompt customer communication, and good problem resolution. I realize every host has issues, I would like to use one that will provide good service. Thank you.

Could you consider putting up a e-mail adress so you can get offers from the hosts here?

Jumpline is a fine host. They use the Alabanza network. Not too sure if they cap their POP boxes though.
