What is the best dedicated provider the offers good deals for hosting companies ?

is this rackshack.net dedicated is good for a hosting provider ?
amd xp 1900
1 GB ram
60 hard disk
400 gb transfer
plesk 200 domains account
140 $ for month, no setup fee's (after 6 month, it will be 100 $ for month)

Is there any other good servers that offers something similiar ?
($160/month max, without setup fees)

DimaDubin, if you are looking for phone support and good response I would recommend Fastservers.

I'm not looking for phone support because i live in Israel, It will cost me more then the server to call to the USA :D
I dont need *lots* of support, we have a really good sys admin in our team, email support will be fine.

anyway, what do you people think on the rackshack server, is it good enough for A hosting business ?
Is there other server with similiar server's and prices ?

I suppose if you are going to be admining the server mostly I guess rackshack would work really well for you.
