View Full Version : WHT Admin License Verification Support Away?

I've sent in two tickets now to WHT about WHMCS license verification (as my license expires soon and I have a buyer it is very urgent) and have not received any replies except for one ticket being moved to the verification support department and the other ticket marked urgent as not being replied to). WHT is very good about responding but I have not received any information from WHT since Jan 7th (very strange for WHT itself since replies are usually within a few hours). Anybody else experiencing delayed response times to tickets?

I believe they have to wait from the actual vendors to verify the licenses. Once they get verification, I'm sure they'll get back to you ASAP. In general, in my experience, they address most tickets within several hours.

I believe they have to wait from the actual vendors to verify the licenses...That process can take several days sometimes. Generally, we update the ticket when we contact the developer to let the member know we've done so and are waiting on their response.

And then there's the other side where tickets get lost in the shuffle. As dollar said, let us know your ticket number and we'll look into it. :)
