The question should read; Which web hosting service do not provide paypal payments?

That is unless you actually mean where the host will accept payments via paypal on your behalf from your customers (reseller).

Yep I agree, that's just about everybody these days. :) Don't have any experience on setting up the backend for it but must not be that hard since so many hosts are doing it these days.

Yeah, and if you use a billing system like clientexec or modernbill...they already have all the necessary modules installed and ready to use.

I think majority of hosts prefer PayPal or similar payments then credit card processing. You shouldn't have any trouble finding one, unless PayPal doesnt provide to that country.

Search the Shared Hosting Offers to find hosts.

A lot of them provide paypal payment, if they don't, just email them asking if you can pay with it

Paypal is pretty ubiquitous as a payment method for hosting and other online services. Google Checkout has a smaller following, and starting next month, is no longer free to the seller (up till now, it has been, as a promotion).

Almost all accept PayPal.. I would say Paypal would be in the top 3 or 5 payment gateways webhosts use.
