I am looking for someone to help design a template for me..

The template need to be based around the country music entertainment industry, specifically Ronnie Milsap. This template will be used as a site for his fans and will not be his "official" site.

I have tried to rack my brain but the performing artist type sites are always to wild and graphic for my blood..

Ronnie is one of the most awarded and loved performers in country music history with 40 #1 hits to his credit and has overcome numerous obstacles throughout his childhood and career and that is one thing I want to template to portray to visitors to the site. Not too flashy like n'sync and the like but something really nice.

Please PM me with your pricing requirements, please keep it cost-effective if at all possible as I am both completing the design and hosting the site for free.. Not asking you to do it for free, but if you can keep it cost-effective it would be appreciated. If you have current templates that could easily be converted throw your ideas my way.
