hi
i'm desperately looking for a good cold fusion host. media3 (http://media3.net) and pegasus (http://pwebtech.com) looked very interesting in the first place, so i wrote them a short email asking a few questions. well this was about 10 days ago and guess what, i never received any answer from both of them. seems like they're not interested in getting new customers. if that's the case i don't really want to know how they treat their customers and their support questions...

well, anyways, i looked a bit further and found those companies:

does anybody have any experience with one of those or/and with media3 and pegasus??? if so, i'd really like to hear from you. thanks a lot in advance!

I find that hard to believe, about our sales staff, they are usually very prompt unless you wanted something we cannot offer. Did you recieve a tracking # for our tracking system??

What email address did you sent it from, and all sales request should go to sales@pwebtech.com

hi
i'm very interested in moving my site to your servers, because
i want to use cold fusion in the future and my old hosting company
doesn't support that.

your unix advance plan looks very attractive to me, but i still got
a few questions:

- is there a limit of how many databases i use?

- i saw you offer additional domain pointers. let's say my first domain
is plumps.com and my second domain is biennavista.com (as an
additional domain pointer). will the second domain be treated like
any normal domain? i mean, will it be possible to have an url like
http://biennavista.com/movies/lasttrade or the like?

- is it possible to have sub-domains like portfolio.plumps.com? how
much does that cost?

- since it's unix hosting, is it possible to have password protectes
directories?

- are there any cold fusion tags you don't support?

thanks a lot for answering all those questions.

best regards from switzerland

We don't allow for subdomains. The pointer point to the root directory of
your site.
