hello i been looking around for a form and script that works together example:

A form that people fill out for free hosting which has to have required fields and what not...but what it does,once its filled out is generates a code back to them so they can post the information in a topic on the forums..

Anyone know of a php script out there that can do this?

What exactly do you mean by "a code"...

Do you mean a randomly generated code, or something that includes the information they entered, wrapped and styled in BB code?
