I have a client who has a .co.uk domain. He say he is unable to update/point the nameservers to match our server. He can only change IPs tag?? I am not sure what he is talking about here. Can someone explain?

If he can't change the nameserver associated with his domain name, you're out of luck. But he should be able to, otherwise a domain name is pretty darn useless :)

None that I know of. According to this: http://dsvr.co.uk/index.php3?category_id=000011, your client should have a control panel to perform this task.

This page explains what the "tag" is that he's talking about: http://dsvr.co.uk/index.php3?art_id=000017.

From reading their FAQs, it sounds like your client should be able to change his nameservers fairly easily, though apparently that's not the case.
