I have a client who has a .co.uk domain. He say he is unable to update/point the nameservers to match our server. He can only change IPs tag?? I am not sure what he is talking about here. Can someone explain?

But he should be able to, otherwise a domain name is pretty darn useless :) JSpired 08-09-2002, 03:56 PM Who is the registrar, do you know? This page explains what the "tag" is that he's talking about: http://dsvr.co.uk/index.php3?art_id=000017. From reading their FAQs, it sounds like your client should be able to change his nameservers fairly easily, though apparently that's not the case. |
