Once again, i hope you find the person your looking for. I was offering 40-75% and never found anyone. Not many people here on WHT want to do this kind of stuff. However, i wish you luck and hope you are more successful in it then i was.

You are more likely to find people to work for you (and good workers) if you offer a base pay, either hourly, salary or whatever else...

Ya , but no one is going to hire someone over the net for that kind of pay when its this kind of posistion. You don't know if they are really trying to find you clients, you dont know how hard they are working. You could be paying them a nice salaray and they arnt even looking for work for you. They are just saying they are.

A good sales person should jump all over it. Selling a high end website could bring a 5 figure commish. You only have to sell 5 of those a year to be comfortable.

We are not looking for 'good workers' who want a salary. We are looking for real sales people who want to give customers a great product, and make a great commission from it.

Indy- Exactly. I was offering 40-75% and got no takers. They just don't see how profitable it can be. So i really do hope you (*******) get the sales person you need. It is very beneficial for both parties.
