We may be willing to do some flash work in order to add to our company's portfolio. Our in-house flash designer has done www.andelon.com and the flash banner currently located at www.kcdworks.com ... please PM me if you are interested ... we are not looking for hosting since we have a hosting company, but we are needing to flesh out the portfolio.
