Hi Guys
I have a friend who has 7 domain names with this company, (both .co.uk and .com) and he wants to transfer them to my service, problem is, I cant see anywhere on the LastDigital control panel to change the IPS TAGs and to unlock the .com domains!

Now, I contacted them via their ticketing system, no reply, then again though their nic@ email address, and still nothing!

I have the Nominet papers with me, and I can change the .co.uk domains, but what can I do about the .com names?
