You should get an email from NetSol asking you to say (YES) to the transfer. You might have to do this a few times. If you need support, try NameCheep's - no idea if they are any good, but can't be as bad as NetSols. You can always contact the BBB in your area, however read the disclaimer above. You could try to find and join in a class action suit against them - however it won't help you to transfer your domain.
