Does transferring Registars also transfer DNS or do you have to readd the DNS Nameservers and have downtime while they're updated???

Everything generally transfers "as is," meaning as long as your nameservers aren't changing, you really shouldn't notice any downtime at all.

In a perfect world, yes. But unfortunately any change CAN result in a DNS messup, causing a delay of 12-75 hours before DNS resolves correctly again :(

True, any change can result in a problem. From my experience though, it's very rare.. We've transferred many a client and our own site without a single issue. Maybe I'm just lucky?

I talked to Enom and they said that there will no downtime as it doesn't bother the DNS entries.... :).

I think you'll be fine, Tim. We use Enom as well, and have never had an issue. Good luck! ;)
