Hello,

I'm looking for company located in EU/US because customers will mostly be located here for accepting CC. I'll be selling audio files, so the lowest the charge is, the better is for me...

i think i can find you a processing but take into consideration that you will receive a lot of abuses and complains against your hosting company and your domain registrator...

You're talking about what are called micro payments.

Back in 2005, Paypal began offering these to merchants for a per-transaction fee of $0.05 plus 5%. So a $1 song purchase would only cost a merchant $0.10 in fees (much better than paying 30 or 35 cents in fees!).

I assume the micro payment pricing is still available. For more information, check out:

If you're asking how long it takes for a site to process a credit card transaction, it's typically just a few seconds (they submit the card information and automatically receive back an approval code or a denial).

Some sites hold credit card payments pending further verification, however, which can delay a transaction significantly.

I think paypal is the best option. 2co has high rates for small transactions so I personally got rid of it.
Still, if you think you will have a large ammount of transactions maybe you should get a personalized API from a bank (just an ideea)?

I doubt that PayPal will accept payments for MP3 music except if you have a license for it.

Most MP3 sites get rid of all the small amount charges by building a accounting system for customers. There each customer get an account and this is loaded for instand with 10 or 20 USD a time, then they can use this amount for purchasing of MP3 files. That brings down the number of transactions and the fees you have to pay for each transaction.
