I'm running ONE mmorpg game server.

I'm running it on a QuadXeon 2.4ghz 4GB ddr2 Win2003.

I want to use more my CPY power but there is 2 others servers that are pretty close on price. What will be better If i want to ran my actual gameserver(sql based) + 3 or 4 other ones (mix of CS, COD4, other MMORPG)? See below my options:

Dual Processor Xeon 3.0D (I think its Dual Core ones)
QuadXeon 2.4ghz
Core2Duo 2.66ghz

Memory, HDD and others specs will remain the same. 4GB ddr2/250GB sataII and Windows 2003.

People can't give you a "real-world" test of a custom MMORPG daemon that you haven't specified. As for information about your other games, these things have been discussed in this forum (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=123).

It is performance tests. The higher the number, the better the processor.

I am running Priston Tale(mmorpg), plain to run opentibia, ragnarok or muonline plus 2 or 3 FPS servers like MOH, CS 1.6.

Main question is:

What is best processor for my purposes?

Dual Processor Xeon 3.0D (I think its Dual Core ones)
QuadXeon 2.4ghz
Core2Duo 2.66gh

The Quad Core Xeon would probably be better. I don't have any experience with hosting MMORPG servers so I might be wrong.

Probably WOW or L2. Xeons will be better for it and make sure to edit the boot.ini file and add /3GB to it if you are running L2.

Xeon 3.0D is the best one!
