do you mean for example in my case you own

terryjacobs.co.uk and you want

ns1.terryjacobs.co.uk and
ns2.terryjacobs.co.uk

as your nameservers?

To do this, it takes up a few IP's so your host will be unlikly to offer this unless you are a reseller.

To set this up, you would go to your registrars control panel or ask them to setup the nameservers with the names you want and the IP's your host has given you.
