I am wondering if its possible to have a US bank account for non-us resident? If its possible then how to apply?

Also, will this account have an ATM card, or possibly online banking?

there are companies provide this services but if you outside USA you will pay large FEE for depositing your money in da bank and for ATM funding and also when you withdrawal it from ATM in your country depended on which bank deal with this services..
I don't advice you to do this cos it will make no real profit for yo.:eek:
