Lads what control panels have the ability to upload files via the control panel instead of example FTP.
I know Cpanel you can upload through it but for any future web hosting accounts what control panels do not have this feature?.

Ensim and Cpanel both do. I believe Plesk does not. Not sure about H-Sphere.

Your right Plesk does not have that feature. Don't know about h-sphere either!! :)

There is a file manager in H-Sphere, but I think that you cannot upload any files...
