I removed IIS and reinstalled it, but before I rebooted the computer after reinstalling, I could bring up the IIS manager. But after I rebooted it does the same thing which is nothing, the window wont come up. Any reason why?

I've had this problem before. I click on ISM many times and nothing happens. I think it's something to do with the process INETINFO, try closing it down. I reinstalled IIS many times and it never worked so upgraded to XP instead.
