I was looking RZ Failover plans and looks as good solution, but do you recommend it?

The most important things:
* Server configuration
* Server performance
* Client support
* Uptime

I had saw some bad reviews about their budget and failover plans on the web. If you try search from http://www.webhostingtalk.com/search.php when I think you can find some reviews.

Overall I think RZ has a pretty decent rep, you'll never make everyone happy. But I can't speak for the failover plans since my experience with them came before they rolled out these plans.

If you're looking for failover plan, do a research on failover feature to see if it can guarantee service recovery in case there's a failure on harddisk/ram/whole server ...
