Our network

The servers of Server Boost are located in the We Dare network in Rotterdam (7th floor). The We Dare network is built with high quality devices and We Dare has professional personel for the maintenance and extention of their network.

We Dare is located in De Spaanse Kubus in Rotterdam, a building of 48000m2 where about 18000m2 is used as high quality server space. The reason De Spaanse Kubus is extremely interesting for telecom purposes is due to the many PoP's (Point of Presence) from several big Tier 1 and Tier 2 carriers like KPN, Cable & Wireless, BT Ignite, Versatel, Global Crossing, etc.

SLA Budget: +25,00 EUR

What exactly does this include? If I understand correctly the basic (standard, free) SLA includes a full month refund per hour downtime. What do these two SLA's add to that?

By the way, does 2 hours downtime with the standard SLA mean 2 months hosting fee refund? And does 30 minutes entitle to 50% if the hosting fee?

Please note, the 1h downtime = 1 month free is only valid for network downtime. Hardware downtime is not included in this.

The SLA prices are a bad copy paste, these are the prices we already handle for months:

SLA budget: 40 EUR per month
SLA expert: 50 EUR per month

The difference between both is mentioned on the site.
It's basically the same, only the expert has sms monitoring included and gives faster response times during or after business hours. Another major difference is that you don't get root access to SLA expert, but you can have it with SLA budget. Please check our site for full details about these SLA's.

2h down is still 1 month free if it happens within the same month. If it happens the next month again you also get that month for free.
30 minutes downtime doesn't meen 50% off, you really need to reach the hour and once again, this is only valid for network uptime, not for hardware downtime.
