For the other person I cancelled the transaction and refunded the funds to, the reason is noted in your paypal refund receipt. [Tip: No need to get hyper to know things which aren't related to buying a vbulletin license from someone, like knowing personal information, address, hobbies. I cancelled the transaction as there is no need for such a behavior. :rolleyes:].
