Haze you are right, most on here know what I meant. I do not want anyone to fall victim to this type of host that promises the world for next to nothing and can not even begin to deliver a grain of sand. I did not think about the uniformed people that would be reading this. It is too bad that too many innocent people shop entirely with their wallet and overlook the fact that you get what you pay for. This type of so called host, gives everyone a black eye.

This type of host must be avoided. It is too bad there are so many of them springing up all the time.

DougK94, as sarcasitic as your post looks to some of us regulars, it might be a good idea to point out that you are indeed being sarcastic, as some people might just jump right on in on this rather impossible deal. I do understand that some people need to learn the hard way, but not everyone does.

Their webdesign is better than I expected from someone so cheap. So I took a look at their Compare-page.

I noticed something strange... Unix/Windows server... other company don't seem to have support for that. I wonder what they use to host pages on????

Well, to be truthfully honest, the design is nice looking but extremely heavy. Load times are very slow...but they probably don't care about how much disk that baby takes, cuz that bandwidt just keeps commin...its unlimited! (pffft.....some people's kids)

Also, Reptilian, I'm guessing that they are maybe running Services for Windows 2000 or something like that...just a guess though!:D

Well... the way it looked to me, meant that other companies charge $14 /month without the use of a Unix or Windows server(or PC). I guess that means that they think the competition is only using Linux/Mac or nothing at all. :) Or maybe their comparing to resellers who don't know where their servers are?

Yeah, thats all they need, free advertising. You ever hear the saying "any advertising is good advertising". Well its true! UnlimBand has their heart in the right place, its just probably doing the companies more good than anything else.

I've definitely seen that design before. However it may have been a template for sale via this board.
