Hello,

Just a few days ago I had a web designer redo my hosting site's template. This was a total re-design, and was very pleased with the result.

However, I noticed he used some icons from yellowicon. Now since I don't know whether or not he paid for these, should I continue using them on the site? Or replace them?

What if yellowicon contacts me and asks for proof of purchase, what should I do?

Also, since then I have been unable to contact the designer to get this cleared up, I'm pretty sure he's left town. :eek:

Ask yellowicon for proof of purchase/purchase history. I'm assuming you know the name/email/some detail of the designer?
