I sent a ticket + a reminder ticket and have been waiting for a week so far, but still no reply.

I won't call the name of the moderator that handles my ticket, but if he reads my post here: please reply or at least say that you do not care about incoming emails and dump the ticket to another moderator/inet representative who does care! Letting me wait without any response is not liked by any member..:confused:

I got two replies, when the moderator decided to stop responding.

I won't mention the moderator's name in public, but the ticket id is FDZ-17469.

I'll alert and admin to review the ticket and they'll respond if needed.
